Who are you? 
    • I'm Ana, a Portuguese graphic designer and illustrator.
      You can find out a bit more about me and my work on the about section of my website.

    Do you make all the items you sell on this shop? 

    • Yes! I design all the illustrations and goodies, including the ceramic pieces.
      The illustrations are printed here in Porto at a local print shop, Silkcreen prints are hand pulled by me, and the ceramic pieces are all made by my hands one at a time, at a local ceramic studio.
      Regarding Posters, Postcards, Pins and Art Prints, I usually work with external providers, all located in the EU.

      Also, I'm the one taking care of every shop order, writing your home address on the envelope, going to the post office, updating with new items, answering e-mails and managing social media. There's no team behind this screen, only me! So please bare with me if sometimes it takes a bit longer than expected to receive an answer or a package from me.


    Where do you ship?

    • Worldwide! 

    With which carrier do you ship with?

    • I work with the regular mail service in Portugal, so you should receive it with your national mail service.
      All orders are shipped in registered mail: you will be able to track your order using the tracking number I provide when the order is sent.

    How can I know the shipping costs of my order?

    • After you fill your cart with all the desired items, shipping costs will be calculated when you insert your home address.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    • I usually ship orders once a week, so all orders placed will be shipped on the following Wednesday.
      If you have any urgent order, please contact me and I'll try to manage it so it arrives as soon as possible. 
      IMPORTANT: Due to the current situation, all orders will be shipped when the state of emergency is lifted in Portugal.

    What payment methods do you accept?
    • Credit Card and Paypal

    Can I return the items? 

    • I'm really sorry if you didn't like the item you purchased or if the package is damaged! If there's any issue with your package or your order please contact me directly. I'm always willing to find a way to manage any complain in a friendly manner. Let's talk!

      You can return any order within 15 days of placement and a full refund will be issued.

    Can you make a personalized illustration or ceramic piece?

    • I would love to receive personalized orders, but it will all depend on the time I have available between projects. Please drop me an email so we can discuss timings and quotation. 

    Where can I find your items?

    • I sell my items in several shops. Please find the retailers list on the following page: Retailers
      Also, you can find all my works at my new studio/shop in Porto!

    Can I visit your studio/shop?

    • At the moment, due to the global health crisis we are living, my studio/shop is closed. We will resume business when the Emergency State is lifted in Portugal.

    I own a shop, can I sell your items there?

    • Of course, I would love to have my items in your shop! Please drop me an email to shop@anaseixas.com and I'll provide you with a catalogue with special conditions for Retailers.
