Who are you? 

I'm Ana, a Portuguese graphic designer, illustrator and ceramist.

How can I get in touch?

The best way to get in touch is using this form or drop me an email to shop@anaseixas.com.
I don't pay so much attention to messages on Social Media, so please, if there's any important subject you would like to discuss, use a more direct contact as suggested above. Thank you! 

Do you make all the items you sell on this shop?

Yes! I design all the illustrations and goodies, including the ceramic pieces. The illustrations are printed here in Porto at a local print shop, silk-screen prints are hand pulled by me, and the ceramic pieces are all made by my hands one at a time, at a local ceramic studio.
Regarding Posters, Postcards, Pins and Art Prints, I usually work with external providers, all located in Portugal and the EU.

Also, I'm the one taking care of every shop order, writing your home address on the envelope, going to the post office, updating with new items, answering e-mails and managing social media. There's no team behind this screen, only me! So please bear with me if sometimes it takes a bit longer than expected to receive an answer or a package from me.


Where do you ship?

Currently I only ship to Europe and USA.
If you would like to make a purchase but you see there aren't any shipping options for your country, please drop me an email and we can figure it out!

With which carrier do you ship with?

I work with the regular mail service in Portugal, so you should receive it with your national mail service.
All orders are shipped in registered mail: you will be able to track your order using the tracking number I provide when the order is sent.


How can I know the shipping costs of my order?

Shipping costs include postage services, packing materials and handling. I try to keep this costs as low and sustainable as possible. After you fill your cart with all the desired items, shipping costs will be calculated when you insert your home address. 
If you find shipping charges are mismatched when you combining two or more items in the same order, please contact me to figure out if there's any possible adjustment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 5 to 7 work days for order preparation, and I usually only ship orders once a week, so all orders will be shipped on the following Monday/Tuesday after placement. 
If you have any urgent order, please contact me and I'll try to manage it so it arrives as soon as possible. 

IMPORTANT: Due to the current situation and the high demand of online orders, shipping delays may occur.  Thank you for understanding!

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Card and PayPal. If you would like to make a purchase using other payment method, please contact me on my email, tell me which items you would like to purchase, shipping address and I'll answer you with details.

Can I return the items? 

I'm really sorry if you didn't like the item you purchased or it didn't correspond to your expectations base on the photos. 

You can return any order within 15 days of placement and a refund for the value of the item will be issued when I get the items back.
Unfortunately shipping costs are not refundable.

How do you pack your items to make sure they arrive intact? 

I pack all orders really carefully to make them safe for traveling.
For ceramics, use double cardboard boxes, which are very strong, and all ceramic pieces are packed very tight to avoid any damage. 
Prints are packed using hard cardboard to avoid getting folded and Posters will be sent on hard cardboard tubes. 

What do I do it any item is damaged upon delivery?

I'm really sorry this has happened!
Although I take best care of every package I sent I cannot make sure that the delivery company does the same.

Can you make a personalized illustration or ceramic item?

I would love to receive personalized orders, but it all depends on the time I have available between projects. Please drop me an email so we can discuss timings and quotation.

Can I visit your studio/shop?

Of course! Please visit me during the opening hours: Thursday and Friday from 3pm to 7pm and Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.
If you would like to visit at any other time, please contact me and we can schedule an appointment.)
